Please be aware that Medicare covers 80% of spinal adjustments. However, any additional services that may be necessary, including exams and x-rays are NOT covered by Medicare.

Discounts for the Non-Insured or Under-Insured
To Make the cost of health care more affordable, Dr. Castello offers our discounts to our patients through the PCD (Preferred Chiropractic Doctor) network. Membership guarantees that you receive a minimum of a 25% discount from regular service charges that results in a substantial savings.
Annual Membership Fees: $30 for individual membership
$45 for family membership
No co-pays, deductibles, claims or waiting periods.
Membership in PCD means that you are assured of quality, effective chiropractic care at affordable cash fees. The insurance companies get discounts, and so should you. Please contact our office for a membership application.
